The Ripon Children’s Learning Center (RCLC) is a state-licensed and NAEYC (www.naeyc.org) accredited non-profit child care center and pre-school serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age.   RCLC also has a 5-Star rating through Wisconsin's YoungStar quality rating system (http://dcf.wi.gov/youngstar/default.htm).  Developmentally appropriate learning programs are led by qualified day care providers for infant, toddler, preschool and school-age children.  This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Our hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays year-round. We are closed on major holidays.  RCLC offers full-time and part-time enrollment with fees based on regular weekly schedules.  We do not offer drop-in care.  Tuition includes breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack with menus that meet or exceed the nutritional requirements set by the USDA for child care programs.

Our 16,000 square foot building was specifically designed to meet the developmental and programmatic needs of our children.  RCLC is located in a residential area in Ripon, Wisconsin and features a wonderful large playground with shade and open spaces. We also have a kid's kitchen where everything is at the children's level.

RCLC serves children in the Ripon and surrounding area, including: Berlin, Fairwater, Green Lake, Markesan, Princeton, Brandon, Fond du Lac, Rosendale, Pickett, and Oshkosh.  Bus transportation to and from Ripon elementary schools is provided through the Ripon School District for RCLC clients during the school year and for summer school programs.

Our curriculums for all age groups are tied directly to Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards (WMELS), which help our teachers tailor weekly lesson plans to provide developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities in the areas of health and physical development, social and emotional growth, language development and communication, approaches to learning, cognition and general knowledge.

RCLC is a non-profit organization and is funded through a combination of tuition fees, Wisconsin Shares (WS) tuition assistance programs (and co-pays), the federally funded Child and Adult Food Care Program and support from the Ripon Area United Way.  We are governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community representatives and parents of children enrolled at the center.
